We are seeking a full time/part time FNP (or) PA with 2 to 3 years of experience in Primary Care.
Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients 
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
  • Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, and/or chronic illnesses
  • Review and maintain patient’s medical histories, records and record patients’ progress.
  • Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
  • Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
  • Research the latest treatments, innovations, advances, and trends in the medical industry.
  • Educate and counsel patients and their families.
  • Communicate well with team members regarding what is needed to be in a patient’s chart

Probationary Period

3 months 

After confirmation / accreditation , contract term is for a minimum of 2 years
